The first congress in June 2007 brought together nearly 40 expert presenters and 450 participants around eight conferences over two days.

 Almost 90 speakers and 500 participants attended nine conferences at the second congress in June 2008.

 

Keynote speaker: Didier LEROY, President Toyota Motor Manufacturing France (now President Toyota Motor Europe)

 
 

 The number of participants rose to 750 for the 2009 congress.The nine conferences presented 70 speakers.

The inaugural conference took a truly European dimension, with national experts from Germany and the UK presenting the development of eco-technologies in their countries and the DG Environment Europe providing the European perspective.

 950 participants attended the 4th congress in 2010. Again, 70 experts shared their experience over nine conferences. The inaugural conference went global, with speakers from Quebec and Brazil joining experts from the UK and Luxembourg.  

 
Keynote speakers: Michel ROCARD, ex Prime Minister; Alain GRANDJEAN, Founder of Carbon; Paris MOURATOGLOU, President EDF Energies Nouvelles and Jean-Michel GRAVE, EIFFAGE Group strategic committee.
 
 

 The fifth annual eco-technologies congress was held over three days rather than two, to enable a more in depth analysis of the different themes. Almost 900 participants attended 13 conferences.   

 

Keynote speakers: Valérie RABAULT, economist and co-author of the book “the Glorious Thirties are coming”; Beatriz YORDI, Executive Agency for Competitiveness & Innovation (EACI) and Jean-Claude ANDREINI, Strategic Comity for Eco Industries      

 
 

 More than 800 participants including 30 % of international from 25 countries attended the 2012 Congress in Lille.    

 

 Keynote speakers: Jean JOUZEL, Vice-President of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and co-laureate of the Nobel Peace Prize 2007; Jean-Christophe VICTOR,

Co-founder of the LEPAC (the Centre for Political Studies and Cartographic Analysis) in Paris; Nina HARJULA, Co-founder of GCCA Global Cleantech Cluster Association (GCCA) and Paola MIGLIORINI, Policy officer in charge of the implementation of the Eco-innovation Action Plan at the Directorate General for Environment of the European Commission
